Why EIZO software such as ScreenManager Pro or ColorNavigator cannot recognize the EIZO monitor connected to the USB 3.0 port of the PC?

 

A.

Some USB 3.0 host controller have a compatibility issue and may not recognize the connected USB devices. In this case, please update the USB 3.0 driver or connect the USB device to the USB 2.0 port of the PC.

EIZO monitor uses the OS default USB driver, and we don't have the update for this issue.
