FAQs

Images are showed incorrectly in the case that EV3237 is connected via DisplayPort.

The PC couldn't support DisplayPort 1.2. Please try the followings.

- Change DisplayPort 1/2 settings from 1.2 to 1.1.

To open Administration Settings..
[1] Turn 2nd power of the monitor off.
[2] Push the leftest button and hold it.
[3] Push the power button and hold it.
[4] Wait several seconds.
