Why doesn't ColorNavigator Ver.5 start in multi-monitor environment?

 

A.

When use ColorNavigator Ver.5, unplug the USB cable once and restart ColorNavigator Ver.5. Once calibration is complete, exit Colornavigator and reconnect the USB cable.

CG276, CG246, CX270, CX240, CS230 and the latest ColorEdge monitors.
