Hemling GmbH
Hemling GmbH employs approximately 240 people at its headquarters in Ahaus, a town in Germany near the Netherlands border. The family-owned and operated company has been providing customized, state-of-the-art interior designs for shops, offices, laboratories, schools, and research facilities for over fifty years. The company also provides shop fitting services to an optical goods company with over 600 branches in Europe.
Hemling GmbH has been only EIZO monitors for twelve years and continues to stick with the brand. The reason: EIZO products feature outstanding reliability and uncompromising quality.
"Our customers’ orders are our top priority. We think it is very important to work with the most reliable equipment on the market. That’s why we have been using EIZO monitors in our CAD departments since 2008. Many of the monitors we first implemented are still in use. All our departments apply the following motto now: ‘Wherever a monitor is used, it has to be from EIZO’," states a very convinced Jan Bülthoff. When the IT specialist at Hemling was asked how he first heard about EIZO, he replied, "I already knew about the EIZO brand as a manufacturer of premium monitors in the medical and graphic arts industries ."
EIZO multi-monitor set up for CAD applications
Hemling employees use several 22- and 24-inch models from the EIZO FlexScan series. They are used for various applications in administration and for CAD projects. Employees using R+Z and AutoCAD Architecture software use three-screen and two-screen monitor setups respectively.

According to Bülthoff, there are other factors that speak in favor of the EIZO brand in addition to product reliability: "The ‘Made in Japan' quality. One thing is certain: Any initial savings we might get from choosing a budget monitor would never add up to the savings from the longevity of an EIZO monitor. And EIZO provides a straightforward warranty service. What’s more, we like the pragmatic design of the monitors." |
