* In the monitor's "Administrator Settings" set the "Compatibility Mode" to "On". Do not change the "USB-C Display Mode" from "Normal" (default).

Setting method of "Compatibility Mode"

1. Touch the Power button to turn off the monitor.
2. While touching the leftmost switch, touch the Power button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the monitor.
3. Choose "Compatibility Mode" with the up and down arrows and then select the check mark.
4. Set "On" with the left and right arrows and then select the check mark. 
5. Select "Apply" and then select the check mark.
