* In the monitor's "Administrator Settings" set the "Compatibility Mode" to "On". Do not change the "USB-C Display Mode" from "Normal" (default).
Setting method of "Compatibility Mode"
- Touch the Power button to turn off the monitor.
- While touching the leftmost switch, touch the Power button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the monitor.
- Choose "Compatibility Mode" with the up and down arrows and then select the check mark.
- Set "On" with the left and right arrows and then select the check mark.
- Select "Apply" and then select the check mark.
