This information is provided based on our in-house testings and we do not guarantee the compatibility in respective user environments.

Displays correctly on expanded desktop
* The firmware of the Surface Dock is updated upto 2.23.139.0 with the Microsoft Surface Dock Updater.
* You need to apply the latest Windows update.
[Notice] The monitor can not work properly through the Surface Dock. Please connect the monitor to the Surface Laptop 2 directly without the Surface Dock.

*1 The monitor does not enter the power save mode.
*2 Either of the following problems may occur after you restart Surface Laptop 2. If you turn on the "Compatibility Mode" in the monitor, that will be improved. Please refer to the following instruction.
- No image is displayed.
- A lower resolution image is displayed and it cannot be changed.
[How to turn on the "Compatibility Mode"]
- Turn off the monitor by touching the power button below the screen.

While touching the leftmost switch, touch the power button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the monitor.
The "Administrator settings" menu appers. - Select "Compatibility Mode" to set with ∧, ∨ and select ✓.
- Select "On" to set with <, > and select ✓.
- Select "Apply" to set with ∧, ∨ and select ✓.
