Please check the supported version for each model according to the OS you are using.

Repair service for these ColorEdge has ended.                                       
If you are using the above ColorEdge models, please refrain from further updating ColorNavigator 7.                                       
We recommend changing to a ColorEdge model which supports ColorNavigator 7.
