We found the problem that ColorNavigator / Quick Color Match cannot create (overwrite) the ICC profile correctly in Windows 10 May 2019 Update (Windows 10, version 1903). Due to this problem, the correct color might not be displayed.

A permanent fix has been implemented for the OS. Please refer to section two.
 

2. Permanent Fix

Install  Windows 10 (1903) Cumulative Update KB4522355 released on October 25, 2019.

If you are unable to install KB4522355, please refer to section 3 for the countermeasure.
 

3. Countermeasure via Software

Recreate the ICC profile. Note that doing this multiple times may result in an error message prompting you to restart the OS. If so, please restart before operating the software.
