- 8-2. We do not engage in any fraudulent activities that could harm the company's reputation or go against its interests.
- 8-3. We value fair and free market competition and do not engage in practices that hinder it, such as cartels or bid-rigging.
- 8-4. We strictly prohibit all forms of corruption, including bribery, embezzlement, collusion, money laundering, extortion, fraud, blackmail, insider trading, preferential treatment, facilitation payment and other unethical practices.
- 8-5. We do not offer or accept hospitality, gifts, or benefits to public officials, government representatives, or business partners that violate laws or accepted practices.
- 8-6. We avoid activities that prioritize personal or third-party interests over the company’s, and refrain from actions that could create a conflict of interest.
- 8-7. We do not engage in inappropriate lobbying activities, nor do we use or provide company assets for political or religious purposes.
- 8-8. We have no associations with antisocial forces or organizations that threaten civil society's order and safety.
- 8-9. We report any actions violating laws, ethics, or internal rules, or suspected violations, through internal whistleblowing or other means. Reports are handled confidentially with no retaliation.

Signatory companies commit to the 10 principles on human rights protection, eliminating unfair labor practices, addressing environmental issues, and preventing corruption, with their leaders actively working toward these goals.
Reference 2:The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is a coalition that promotes responsible corporate practices in global supply chains. It sets a code of conduct focusing on social, ethical, and environmental responsibilities, and RBA members and their suppliers strive to adhere to this code.
