Q.
What should I do when my sensor is not recognized by the OS?
A.
1. Connect the sensor to another USB hub and start ColorNavigator again. 2. Reboot the OS. 3. Install the latest version of ColorNavigator. (The latest version is downloadable from the EIZO web site)
