When using the HDR supported ColorEdge, the color appears washed out or extremely overexposed / bright.
A.
When you enable High Dynamic Range (HDR) in OS Display settings to use with ColorEdge selected SDR color mode, the color appears washed out.
When you disable High Dynamic Range (HDR) in OS Display settings to use with ColorEdge selected HDR color mode, the color appears extremely overexposed / bright.
Please set High Dynamic Range in OS Display settings correctly according to the selected color mode of the monitor.
Please refer to the user's manual for the SDR color mode and HDR color mode for each models.

Windows : Settings -> System -> Display -> HDR -> "Use HDR" turn off
macOS : Apple -> System Preferences -> Displays -> Display settings -> "High Dynamic Range" turn off
