I am unable to lower the brightness of my CG303W. What should I do?

After an extended period of use, the brightness of the ColorEdge CG303W may not drop below a certain value even if the brightness is set to a lower value than that. Backlight Sensor Refresh Utility is for readjusting and returning the monitor to the condition where the proper brightness adjustment can be performed.
