Centralized Quality Control over a Network
ColorNavigator Network provides centralized quality control (QC) of ColorEdge monitors for studios, printing houses, and other enterprises with multiple creators and editors who work on shared projects. With NetAgent or ColorNavigator 7 installed on the workstation, administrators can manage multiple ColorEdge monitors via web browser enabling quality control even from remote locations.
ColorNavigator Network also supports ColorNavigator NX.
Streamlined Quality Control
Conventional QC management requires monitors to be adjusted one by one – an extremely time-consuming process.
Manage Multiple Client Monitors
With ColorNavigator Network, an administrator can centrally manage the QC of multiple ColorEdge monitors. This reduces labor required for maintenance and ensures consistency between monitors.
Manage Monitors Remotely
ColorNavigator Network also enables easy QC management between studios at different locations. This allows control over settings and standards for specific projects or jobs, and ensures consistency as image and video data passes through each stage of production.
Main Features
ColorNavigator Network allows administrators to assign custom settings for connected monitors via the web browser. You can even assign based on specific projects or jobs to ensure appropriate standards are used throughout the production workflow.
Supported features may vary by model.
Set Color Modes
Select the color mode (Standard Mode / Advanced Mode) of the monitor, adjust the target values for Advanced Mode, set the brightness, white point, gamma, and color space for Standard Mode, and more. You can easily set all monitors to the same parameters at once, even when working remotely or collaborating with studios in other locations. This reduces overall time and effort needed for monitor quality control maintenance.
Carry Out Self-Calibration with Built-In Sensors
Carry out calibration remotely through ColorNavigator Network when managing a ColorEdge CG series monitor with built-in calibration sensor. In addition, you can schedule the monitor to automatically recalibrate at a specific time or at regular intervals. This ensures monitors stay color-accurate and saves the creator or editor from needing to maintain their monitor's settings themselves.
Key Lock Management
Lock the OSD to prevent unintended changes to the monitor's settings, such as color mode or brightness.
Client Software for Remote Color Management
NetAgent is a client software that runs in the background and allows administrators to carry out color management remotely. It does not have a user interface so creators and editors do not need to worry about operating the software.
Monitor Status and Asset Management
Check the status of connected monitors and register asset information through ColorNavigator Network, including usage time, color mode settings, last calibration date and time, etc. In addition, unique asset information such as the connected PC and user name can also be registered for each monitor.
ColorNavigator Network API
EIZO's ColorNavigator Network API is available for software developers and system administrators to integrate ColorNavigator Network centralized quality control functions into third-party applications. Utilizing the HTTP protocol, the API can be used to seamlessly integrate with any program capable of HTTP communication. Key ColorNavigator Network functions that are available through the API include monitor status acquisition, control commands for monitor settings, asset management, and more. Additionally, more functions are planned for future software updates.
For example, with the ColorNavigator Network API, studios can integrate with an AI chatbot to quickly retrieve information, such as a list of ColorEdge monitors that have been used for a specified number of hours. This eliminates the need to manually navigate the ColorNavigator Network management screen, thereby streamlining the retrieval and management of installed monitors, saving valuable time and labor resources.
A list of commands is available on this page.
Worry-Free Web Hosting
ColorNavigator Network is hosted on a secure cloud server to free you from the initial investment and running costs of providing your own server.

Save Time and Labor
ColorNavigator Network helps save hundreds of hours in annual maintenance associated with regular color management upkeep. Using an actual example from one of the world’s most prominent production studios, 411 hours are saved per year by using the solution.
Results will vary by installation environment.
Support and Availability
ColorNavigator Network is supported by ColorEdge CG and CS series monitors. See a full list of supported models here.
Remote calibration is not available for CX/CS series monitors, as they do not have built-in calibration sensors. When setting the adjustment target through ColorNavigator Network, users will need to attach an external sensor to the monitor and calibrate using ColorNavigator 7 software.
