The EIZO EasyPIX Software displays a white screen and stops working. What should I do?

 

A.

This problem occurs after an installation of Adobe AIR 2.6 to the Mac OS X 10.6 environment. You can press the “ESC” key to resume normal operation. Please uninstall Adobe AIR 2.6 and re-install EIZO EasyPIX Software according to the following steps to solve the problem. Please do not update Adobe AIR until the revised version of EIZO EasyPIX Software is released. (1) Click [ Applications ] > [ Utilities ] > [ Adobe AIR Uninstaller ] to uninstall Adobe AIR. (2) Install EIZO EasyPIX Software 2.0.0.21. (3) Do not update Adobe AIR. EIZO EasyPIX Software 2.0.0.xx (for Mac)
